Michael Allen Orchard, an amazing husband, father, brother, cousin and son passed away at the age 64 on November 28, 2016 at Dixie Regional Medical Center. He was born November 13, 1952 in Pasadena, CA to William Gary and LaRaine Orchard. He married the love of his life Brenda Gour on August 14, 1976 in Pasadena, CA and they recently celebrated their 40th Anniversary.
Mike was raised in Altadena, CA. Graduated from Nogales High School in 1970 then attended one year of college at Mt. SAC. He travelled and explored many countries at an early age. He was in a bad motorcycle accident right out of high school that broke many of his bones and that's why he walked with a limp. Mike worked as a welder at Utility Trailer for over 25 years. He later moved to Washington, UT with his wife and daughter. After retiring Mike loved working in his yard, playing with his animals, listening to music, collecting CD's, snow skiing and riding his Harley.
Mike is survived by his wife Brenda Orchard, daughter Chanel (Jason) Gore, granddaughter Kylah Gore, father Gary Orchard, sister Colette Kramme and is now reunited with his mother LaRaine Orchard, brother Steven Orchard, father-in-law Joseph Gour and brother-in-law's Christopher Gour and Clyde Kramme.
A Memorial Service will be held in his honor on Wednesday December 7, 2016 at 3:00 pm at Pine View Mortuary. 566 North Mall Drive, St. George, Utah.
