Ashley Benham Obituary

Ashley Marie Cooley Benham, age 39, of Springfield, KY, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025, at her home.

She was born in Danville, KY on April 11, 1986.

She was a 2004 graduate of Boyle County High School and a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Fred William Benham; two daughters, Jadden Benham and Maggie Benham both at home; her father and step-mother, Barry Lynn and Brenda Cooley of Junction City; her mother and step-father, Glenna Marie and John Hardin Mitchellsburg; two sisters, Shirley Trent of Lexington and Cheyenne Hardin of Mitchellsburg; a brother, Dakota Hardin of Colorado and a half-brother, Steven Cooley (Teresa) of Moreland; her maternal grandmother, Shirley Anness of Boyle County and her paternal grandmother, Ruth Cooley of Moreland.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 Thursday, May 8, at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Junior Fields, officiating.

Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers were Chris Benham, Ira Benham, Luke Benham, Steven Cooley, Donovan Cooley, Cheyenne Hardin, Barry Chadwell, and Wesley Hardin.

Carey & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
