Daniel Yates Obituary
He was born in Lebanon, KY on July 24, 1960, to the late Kenneth E. "Bud" and Bessie Mae Curtsinger Yates.
He was a member of the Willisburg Christian Church and a former employee of Wausau Paper Company of Harrodsburg and TG Kentucky of Lebanon.
Preceding him in death was a sister, Susan Michelle Lake on August 13, 2004, and two brothers, Kenneth E. Yates, Jr. on September 14, 1987, and Jeffrey Darnell Yates on December 12, 2006.
Survivors include a son, Jason Daniel Yates of Mackville; three grandchildren; a brother, Terry Yates (Teresa) of Harrodsburg; four sisters, Pam Akins (Philip) and Marilyn Walls (Johnny) of Lawrenceburg, Jennifer Edelen of Springfield and Jackie Devers (Brent) of Willisburg and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held 12 Noon Friday, May 30, at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Lance Ladd, officiating.
Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg.
Serving as pallbearers were Benjamin Settles, Will Farthing, Paul Collier, Wayne Collier, Forester Combs and Randy Robinson.
Carey & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
