Margaret Osbourne Obituary

Margaret Lucille Osbourne, 93, of Bardstown Rd., Springfield, died at noon, Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015, at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon.
Born Nov. 17, 1921, in Nelson County, she was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Spencer and Frances Louise Mudd Osborne, her husband, Thomas Francis Osbourne, Sept. 9, 1977, three brothers, Jimmy, Joe Spencer and Bobby Osborne and three sisters, Bessie Medley, Rosemary Baker and Mabel Patterson.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Rose Catholic Church.
She is survived by four sons, Tom (Bonnie) Osbourne of Clarkson, Jerry (Susan) and Larry (Barbara) Osbourne all of Springfield and Billy Martin (Lynette) Osbourne of Lebanon; four daughters, Sue Ann Osbourne of Springfield, Minnie (Donnie) Head of New Haven, Rosemary (Bobby) Clayton of Chapel Hill, Tenn., and Jean (David) Mattingly of Lebanon, one brother, Will F. (Amanda) Osborne of Bardstown; five sisters, Frances (C.H.) Haydon of Springfield, Aline O'Mary and Therese (John) Allen of Louisville; Louise (Paul) Hicks of West Virginia and Shirley (Fabian) Rogers of Bardstown; 20 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild and her caretakers, Anna Rasberry and Delores Ortega.
Funeral mass was conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015, at St. Rose Catholic Church with Rev. Kevin McGrath, O.P. officiating.  Burial was in the church cemetery.  
Pallbearers were Jeremy Clayton, Stuart Mattingly, Jeff Head, J.T., David, Jason and Brad Osbourne.
Contributions are suggested to Mass of the Air or St. Rose Bereavement Committee.
Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
