Madalynne Heavenridge Obituary
Muncie - Madalynne M. "Lynne" Heavenridge, 71, passed away on Sunday morning, March 18, 2018 at her residence.
She was born on December 18, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Harry F. and Stephanie Elizabeth Miller and graduated from Oaklawn High School in 1965. On October 25, 1969 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Anderson, she married Bruce D. Heavenridge.
Lynne was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and the prayer team. She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, her pets and volunteering at church and school.
Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Bruce D. Heavenridge of Muncie; one daughter, Theresa Heavenridge of Muncie; four grandchildren, Kimberlie Edgerton (Josh High), Bethanie Edgerton, Trevor Edgerton and Hunter Blankenship, all of Muncie; and two great-grandchildren, Nathaniel and Madison High.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel with Reverend Vickie Perkins and Pastor Tony Collins officiating. Burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery, 6908 Doctor M.L.K. Jr. Blvd., Anderson.
Friends may call at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2018.
