Stella Osborne Obituary
Erlanger, KY - Stella Osborne passed away peacefully on Monday, January 8, 2018 at Baptist Village Care in Erlanger, Kentucky. She was born on May 14, 1929, the daughter of Mack and Martha Lewis of Viper, Kentucky. On May 14, 1949 she married Frederick Osborne in Muncie, Indiana. She was the mother of Mary Martha (Darrell) Abbott, Terry (Nancy), and Charles (Christy), and special nephew that she loved as a son, Fred (Kathy).
Stella loved life the most when her family was with her. She loved cooking for her family. She kept a small garden every summer. Stella read her Bible and devotionals daily. She attended church at Muncie Christian Missionary Alliance.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mack and Martha Lewis, husband Fred, daughter Mary Martha, brothers Corbin, Willie, Henry, Charlie, Felix, and Willard, and sisters DeLora, Minerva, Tilda, Athalene, Grace, and several nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her kids Terry, Fred, and Charles, son in law Darrell (Linda) Abbott, and her grandchildren Brooke Reagan (Shane), Michael Abbott (Wendy), David, Daniel, and Savannah, Alexandra, and Jared Osborne, and great-grandchildren Samuel Reagan, Andrew, Braeden, and Gavin Abbott. She is also survived by her sister Pearl and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at Parson Mortuary at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 12, 2018 with Pastor Bill Bruneau officiating. Calling hours are Friday, January 12, 2018 from 11 to 1 pm. Graveside service will be at Elm Ridge Cemetery immediately afterward.
