Taylor McCaffery Obituary

Taylor McCaffery

Hartford City - Taylor McCaffery, 21, passed away at 8:19 p.m. Monday, May 4, 2020 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Muncie on July 21, 1998 the daughter of Roxanne J. (Hudson) McCaffery and Scott Sherman McCaffery.

Taylor was a loving and compassionate person, she was funny, outgoing and vivacious and loved to be silly. She enjoyed dancing and listening to music. She loved children and babysitting was a job she enjoyed so much, each and every child she interacted with held a special place in Taylor's heart. She enjoyed life to the fullest and enjoyed shopping, social media and doing her makeup, hair and nails.

She graduated from Blackford High School in 2017 and attended Ball State University. She made friends everywhere she went. She had the most beautiful smile that could light up your soul. Those who knew Taylor, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives.

Most of all she loved and adored her daughter, Everleigh Hope Marie Wilson.

Taylor will be missed by her daughter, her fiancé, John P. Wilson of Muncie; her mom, Roxanne J. McCaffery (fiancé, Jason Sheward) of Hartford City; dad, Scott S. McCaffery (companion, Susan McGhee) of Dunkirk; siblings, Scott Sherman McCaffery Jr. of Hartford City, Colt L. (wife, Deanna) McCaffery of Indianapolis and Kylie McCaffery of Hartford City; grandparents, Wayne and Dorothy Hudson of Hartford City and Paul and Nancy McCaffery of Eaton; aunts and uncles, Angie and Tim Emenhiser, Wayne Hudson Jr., Clayton Turner, Paul McCaffery, Kevin McCaffery, David and Stephanie McCaffery and Paula Fifer; special cousin, Kirsten Hudson of Hartford City; many more cousins and countless friends.
