Annis A. Shealy Summer
August 24, 1945 - October 24, 2022
Lexington, South Carolina - Annis A. Shealy Summer, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, passed away on October 24, 2022. She was born August 24, 1945, the daughter of Perry Thurmond Shealy, Sr., and Virgie Annie Bell Sharpe Shealy.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Johnnie L Summer; her children, Chris L. Summer (Angie F.), Angie S. Shaffer (Mark F.), Dawn S. Lucas (David); 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
She loved her family, gardening, working word puzzles, writing short stories and taking peaceful walks in the woods.
A small gathering of friends and family will be held at a later date at the
homeplace where she was born and raised.
Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel, is assisting the family.
