Mr. Scroggins died Friday, February 20, 2009. Born in Scottsboro, Ala., he was a son of the Late Bill Scott Scroggins, Sr. and Elsie Beatrice Dyer Scroggins. He retired from FN Manufacturing after 25 years of dedicated service. He was also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Mr. Scroggins was an avid historian and loved working out doors with gardening. He worked with his grandchildren telling of his life, hopes, and dreams for their future. His family was his life as well as the Lord Jesus Christ.
Surviving are his wife of 42 years, Glenda R. Scroggins; sons, Michael S. Scroggins, and Paul Donavan (Kelly) Scroggins; daughter, Kristie Ann (Dennis) Scroggins-Porter; brother, Johnny (Susan) Scroggins; and grandchildren, Mason, Kailyn, Zachary, Autumn, and Bryson.

Dear Glenda and family, Heavens gates just opened wide and Bill walked inside to await us. It was such a pleasure knowing you and working with him. I enjoyed working with him when I was a tool setter at FN. May God bless each and everyone of you and I hope to see you soon.
