Murray was my first landlord, renting me the little 911 Sumter building for my first business, The Cyclist. He had doubts, I know, about whether I could stay in business, one time asking me if he could rent it to another. But he must ultimately had faith as 2 years later he rented me the upstairs space at 919 Sumter St, which i needed for storage for the overflow of new bicycles I had. And that upstairs turned into my 2nd business, Upstairs Audio & Video.

I must thank Murray as I am greatly indebted to him for giving me the opportunities I had. If he had not, I never would have achieved what I have.

Thank you Murray.
