Joe Cal, it was with great sadness that Diane and I learned of Betty's passing. I have so many vivid memories when I was growing up in Ridge Spring Methodist Church and seeing you, Betty and your family. Betty was always so thoughtful of my Mother sending her letters with little hearts dotting her I's when she was at Agape. Diane and I will miss her very much. Our thoughts and Prayers are with you and your family. Carter and Diane Asbill

Some of my fondest memories are ones spent with Miss Betty and Mr Joe while I attended the United Methodist Church in Ridge Spring and was also in the the MYF. I learned a great deal and had fun at the same time. I haven't seen them in quite some time but I will always remember them. Miss Betty was one of the most caring and loving persons I ever met and I am very lucky to have known her. God Bless you Miss Betty.
