She was born in Batesburg, SC daughter of the late Noah Charlton and Gula Mae Warren Shealy. She was a member of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church. She was married to the late James Pickens Drafts, Jr.
Surviving are her sons, James P. Drafts, III; Lucius G. Drafts, II; one grandchild, Johnathan Christopher Drafts. She was preceded in death by a sister, Izetta Shealy Johnson and a brother, Frank L. Shealy.
Memorials can be made to a charity of one's choice. Milton Shealy Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
