Ms. Ernestine Hughley died January 28, 2011.
Survivors include four children, Karren Hughley, Darren Hughley, Krista Martin, and Monica Martin; eight grandchildren, Donald Gaston Jr., Kierra Gaston, Daniel Gaston, Darrius Gaston, Kionna Jackson, Serenity Stallworth, Lillas Legree, La'Marcus Legree; eight brothers and sisters, Retired Sgt. Herman (Cheryl) Hughley, Anderson Hughley, Freddie (Nina) Hughley, Curtis (Elizabeth) Hughley, Sherman Hughley, Annie (Williams) Blowe, Catherine Campbell, Esebert (Richard) Shine Sr.; and a host of aunts, friends, and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m., Saturday, February 5, 2011, at East Hill Church of God In Christ, 400 East Jordan Street, Pensacola, Florida, with Bishop Willie C. Green officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.

We are going to miss one of the most beautifuliest sisters in the neighbor. But we know that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord which is a greater joy than this world can give. To the Hughley Family, my prayer goes out to you all. Ernestine will truly be miss here at Englewood Senior Apt. She was such a beautiful woman of God. She had such a beautiful smile. Always had something good and wise to say when she me. She would always encourage me to continue on doing what God has in store for me to do. I miss her so much.
