Gerald LeVeck Obituary

Gerald Lee LeVeck, Jr. COLUMBIA - Gerald Lee LeVeck, Jr, formerly of Lancaster, OH, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2016, at National Health Care in Columbia, South Carolina. He was very popular with the nursing staff and always known to be a beloved resident in their care. Gerald was born January 11, 1929, in Lancaster, Ohio to Gerald Lee LeVeck, Sr., and Iretha May Wilson LeVeck. When he wasn't in the studio, you could find him with his kids or on a golf course. Later, in 1993, the family moved to Columbia, S.C, which at that time, Jerry started "The Professionals" window cleaning service, where he continued working until 2010. Jerry is survived by his sons, Andre (Andy) Lee (Vickie) LeVeck of Kahoka, Missouri, Tracy Lee (Hope) LeVeck , Kelly Lee (Amanda) LeVeck of Columbia, South Carolina; daughter, Julie Ann LeVeck of Charlotte, North Carolina; brothers, Michael (Kathy) LeVeck of Lancaster, Ohio and Jon LeVeck of Newark, Ohio; grandchildren, Ashley LeVeck (Shawn) Malone, Adam Lee LeVeck of Kahoka, Missouri, Amber LeVeck (Antonio) Ramirez of Des Moines, Iowa, Knox Lee Marshall LeVeck of Columbia, SC, and Sarah Marie Eugenia LeVeck of Columbia, SC and great-grandchildren, Logan Malone, and Andres and Alivia Ramirez. Sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. My condolences to the entire LeVeck family. I worked my first job at Levick Camera Supply, and the entire family were very kind and generous. I know Jerry will be missed by many people.

Jerry had THE BEST hair! Loved his black hair, his smile, and he was so easy to work with. I loved working with him so much I had my senior pictures done 3 times! (Mostly because I am ultra-non-photogenic and no matter how he tried, there was no getting a good picture of me - 3rd time IS a charm!) You always knew when Jerry took the senior pix; they were GREAT. My sympathies to the family, and enjoy your memories.
