Cathy and family. Commissioner Yonce was one of my favorites. He could scare you to death with "the look" but on the inside was a teddy bear. He brought one of my most treasured friends into my life, Alice Wells Brown, and for that I will forever be thankful. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
