Hoyt Craps LEESVILLE Hoyt Craps, 79, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, August 7, at St. James Lutheran Church (Summit) with interment in the church cemetery with Rev. Gary Lyerly officiating. Active pallbearers are Greg Craps, Samuel Miller, Ryan Craps, Ben Craps, Chris Shealy and Rodney Craps. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church in the fellowship hall. Mr. Craps was born in Leesville, SC, son of the late Jessie and Buler Clamp Craps. He was a weaver with J.B. Martin. He enjoyed fishing. He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church. Surviving are sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie (Susan) Craps; Steve (Edie) Craps; Tim (Wanda) Craps; brothers, Richard, Charlie, David and Robert Craps; sisters, Pauline Lucas; Mary Alice Caughman; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by brother, Curtis, Neeley, Drayton and Karl Craps; and sisters, Carrie Long; Inese Whittle; and Geneva Whittle.
