Hugh and Emily, their great relationship and wonderful outlook on life and love for living, have always been an inspiration. Many great memories were had and those will always remain. Hugh will certainly be missed. My sincerest condolences go out to Emily and the rest of Hugh's family.

Dr. Clements was always a hard worker, and cared about other staff and brought the Department of Corrections into a professional agency. He was the old guard, and we thank him.
