Joe Anne was a sweet, positive, sincere person. She and her husband Curtis had a great influence on my life in my formative teenage years through being members of the same church. They were honest, morale people who were involved in the youth ministry who enjoyed life. I have wonderful memories of the two of them and their daughters. I thank the Lord for allowing our lives to cross paths in the sixtees and seventies.
