Josephine Kaplan Kramer SUMTER - Josephine Kaplan Kramer, 91, widow of David Dennis Kramer, died Monday, May 15, 2017, in Palmetto Health Tuomey. Born in Savannah, GA, she was a daughter of the late Hyman Kaplan and Sara Levy Kaplan. Mrs. Kramer was a member of Temple Sinai and had retired as a secretary with the Sumter County Legislative Delegation. Surviving are one son, Anthony H. Kramer (Maria Yamada) of Sumter; one daughter, Debra K. Haulbrooks (Rick) of Garden City; and two grandchildren. Funeral service was held Wednesday at Temple Sinai.
