Pelion, South Carolina - Leonard Arthur Bone, Sr., 80, loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather, completed his journey here on earth and went to meet his Lord and Savior on February 26, 2021.Leonard "T-Bone" was born in 1940 in Columbia, S.C. He was the son of the late Alexander "Alec" Robert Bone and Caroline Mae White Bone. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, DaleYonce Bone; and three children, Leonard A. "Artie" Bone, Jr. (Angela), Wanda B. Dooley (Doug), and Brandon R. Bone (Amy); two grandsons Bobby R. Bone, Jr., and Douglas S. Dooley, Jr.; step-granddaughter Claire Palmieri(Vince); brother-in-law, Hayden Yonce (Letty Jean); and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He is predeceased by his grandson, Keegan F. Joyce Bone; his sister, Wynonia Rogers (Earl); his brother, Robert "Bobby" Bone (Helen); his sister, Laura E. Bone; and his brother, Chester A. Bone. Services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Barr-Price Funeral Home, Lexington, S.C., with burial to follow at New Hope Baptist Church, Pelion, S.C. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
