LTC Cook was my TAC officer at Camden Military & was so instrumental in who I am today. It´s not easy to leave home at such a young age & go to a boarding school. Luckily for me, I had LTC Cook there to guide me & remind me that everything was going to be ok. And you know what? It was.

Cook Family,
Ltc Cook was a class act and was always helpful and supportive during my year at CMA. I got caught off campus one night and he only gave me a warning. Thinking of your family and celebrating a life of service to CMA and to our country.

Col. Paul Cook a great man, son, brother and husband, father and grandfather, and friend. I knew him well as a man of compassion and willingness to do the right thing and in excellence. He always helped others feel better about themselves while never looking down on people but always lifting them up. He lived his life for others and know we who remember his touch upon our lives, say thank you Col. Cook for touching our lives and helping us be better people and leaders. May you rest in peace and may your labors follow you on earth and make you proud. We will always think of you and hold you up in our thoughts as a life well lived and a life completely surrendered. Love to your family and friends who will miss you so much, and I will as one of your brother in laws, thank you for sharing your life with me. I remember you healed and healthy and I see you strong and well, some day we will sit down again and share fellowship. Paul Cook was a wonderful man full of compassion for his family, his country, and his God. I knew Paul to be an outstanding man in everything he desired to do, he always did it in excellence. I will never forget him and the way he made others feel comfortable around him. He never talked down to people but always lifted them up and made them feel better about themselve. How do I know that, he did it to me, one of his brother-in-laws. Paul Cook was an amazing man and I still see him strong and such a leader for his family and country, I never saw him sick, and have a life time of reflections that I treasure. My heart goes out to Brenda his faithful wife of 40 years and the love of his life Jennifer and John their baby, and Paul the 3rd. We will miss you Col. Cook and my heart will always long to see you again some day, of this I am certain. Love you sir and honor your life and family, Blessings, Bishop Richard C.

Would this be the Paul Cook who graduated from Shawnee Mission North High School in 1960? I am truly sorry for your loss. [email protected]
