She was a wonderful person, and lady. Her loss is huge not only to the family, but for our Reedy Branch community, Barnwell County, and the state of South Carolina. She was a very caring and giving person to everyone she met. She will be missed.

To the Family:
Please know that you are not alone in your sorrow. You are in our thoughts and hearts. Peggy was a wonderful lady who gave much to our area. I remember her from the days that she excelled in basketball at Blackville High School. I always enjoyed talking to her at the Winton Inn. May God grant you comfort with your memories of living with her. May He hold you in the Shelter of His Heart.
