Cayce, South Carolina - Phillip Lambert, Jr., passed away peacefully at his home on August 18, 2021 surrounded by his family. Phillip was born December 29, 1953 to Laura Glover Lambert and Phillip A. Lambert, Sr.
He worked at Shakespeare Monofilament Division for 15 years, and then at USPS, where he retired in 2018. He was also a member of the Cayce Moose Lodge, where he earned his Legion and Fellowship degrees.
Phillip is survived by his wife of 40 years, Brigitte "Joann" Lambert; daughter, Erin M. Lambert; son, Christopher P. Lambert; father, Phillip Lambert, Sr.; his sisters, Barbara "Babs" (Chuck) Addison, Rebecca "Becky" (David) Harrison, and their families; his niece, Marilyn Lambert (Trey) Koon, nephew Patrick (Liz) Lambert; and beloved Aunt Rebecca Swanson.
He was predeceased by his mother, Laura "Lolly" Lambert and his brother, Wayne C. Lambert.
There will be a private family service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.st.jude.org.

God bless you all A good soldier has gone home Phil was a loving ,caring ,kind, easy going young man .He surely will be miss by the Postal Service I was a mail carrier on his mother´s route and when she heard the truck going down the street and when I came back up the street she would be in the door waiting for me I talked with her everyday and he always thanked me and his mother told him everyday about the sweet mail lady Rest In Peace Phil
