Sadie Quattlebaum Obituary

Sadie C. Quattlebaum LEESVILLE Services for Sadie Corley Quattlebaum, 90, will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel with the Rev. Sandra King officiating. Burial will follow in Ridge Crest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Curtis Clayton Quattlebaum, James Paul Quattlebaum, Ian Clayton Quattlebaum and Lee Corley Quattlebaum. Visitation will follow the service in the cemetery. Memorials may be made to the S.C. Commission for the Blind. Born in Saluda County, she was a daughter of the late Joshua Nathaniel "Doc" and Ruth Matilda "Tillie" Jennings Corley. She was a member of Leesville United Methodist Church and was a homemaker. Survivors include are sons, Curtis Nelson Quattlebaum (Ellon), Clayton Corley Quattlebaum (Lisa), daughters, Tilda Amelia Stone (Tim), and Janice Sue Quattlebaum, and four grandsons, two stepgrandsons, Timothy Stone, Jr., (Brooke), and Brian Stone (Sara), three stepgreat-grandsons, Jefrey, Nathan and Jamie Stone. She was predeceased by her husband, Leland Harvey Quattlebaum, five brothers, Lawton Corley, Douglas Corley, Elmer Corley, Brima Corley, and Jessie Corley, sisters, Lizzie Maude Merchant and Imo Evetta Matthews.
