Lugoff, South Carolina - Sean Douglas Parker, 25, of Lugoff, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Born in Richland County on March 12, 1996, he was the son of Randolph Goodwin Parker and Amanda Felecia Phillips Parker. Sean was a member of Fox Hill Baptist Church in Lugoff. He enjoyed writing and journaling, and was a loving person who was always willing to help others.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Shane Taylor Parker, Daniel NJ Parker, Gabriel Reyes, and Randiel Parker; his maternal grandfather, Walter H. Phillips; and paternal grandmother, Linda Ivey Parker.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Lucille Baldwin Phillips; and paternal grandfather, NJ Parker.
A memorial service will be held at 11am on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at International Praise Church of God, Elgin, SC, with Rev. B. Doyle Roberts officiating. The family will receive friends at the church immediately following the service.
