Terry Ann O'kelly JOHNSTOWN, Pa. - Terry Ann O'kelly, 53, formerly of Columbia, SC, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2013, at her home. She was born November 24, 1960, in Silver Spring, MD. She graduated from Lower Richland High School in 1980 and was listed in the Who's Who Society. She spent four years in the United States Navy before moving back to South Carolina to raise her family. She worked several years at The State newspaper in Columbia, and continued her career in Johnstown at The Tribune Democrat newspaper. She is survived by her three children, Jennifer Fox of Columbia, William O'kelly and Olivia O'kelly, both of Johnstown; her mother, Joyce K. Frost, three siblings, and her dog, Daisy Mae. She was predeceased by her father, maternal and paternal grandparents. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 1, 2014, at Northeast Wesleyan Church at 192 Sloan Road, Columbia, SC 29223. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to a charity of your choice.
