I got to know Mrs. Velva when she was my mother's (Annie Whitlock) roommate at LMC Extended Care. I looked forward to seeing her every day. She was so precious and so appreciative of everything. I could tell she loved her family. Even after my mom was moved, I would still run over and try to see Mrs. Velva. I know she is happy to be with her mother and other family members in Heaven!
