Wanda McCarthy Obituary
October 2, 1958 - January 15, 2022
Lexington, South Carolina - Sadly, we announce the passing of Wanda Faye McCarthy.
A graduate of Spring Valley High School, she received a B.A. from USC and an Associate of Arts from Midlands Tech.
She was predeceased by her mother, Peggy Jo Woods McCarthy; her father, Ret. Maj. Thomas McCarthy; her twin boys, Christopher Woods Edmonds and David McCarthy Edmonds; and her brother, Keith McCarthy.
She is survived by Michelle McCarthy.
Funeral service will be held 2pm Friday, February 4, 2022 at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel 609 Northwood Rd. Lexington, SC 29072. Burial will follow at Woodridge Memorial Park 138 Corley Mill Rd. Lexington, SC 29072. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to National Scleroderma Foundation at national.scleroderma.org
