OMG! This is saddening! Since covid 19 I've had to check the obituaries daily and today I see the "JobMan"! For years I made sure I was some where I could catch the "Job Caravan " everytime the show came on! He inspired me! Just the way he talk, the enthusiasm, made me feel like I could accomplish anything! He carried us through! He carried and share more of the load than any for a long time! I can't even say enough about the "JobMan"! Rest my brother you did more than most in a lifetime! THANK YOU JOBMAN!!!!!!!! Thank you family for sharing him with us and allowing him to exceed average or the norm! And most of all Thank You Lord God Jehovah Jah [Hallelujah] for sending the "JobMan" our way to be the Blessing he was to all of us!

On behalf of Hamilton High School Class of 1960, I offer our sincere condolences to the family of our beloved classmate.

William was such an active part of our class, in that he was our class President, as well as part of the basketball team and many social organizations. Outside of activities directly related to our school, William was one of the best baseball players during that time and participated with the city-wide WDIA baseball teams.

We all remember very well when William and Wash Allen were the first teenage Disc Jockeys on WDIA's Teenage Beat. We all excitedly tuned in to that radio broadcast!

We will hold on to the great memories of William and we pray God's strength for the family.

Be blessed,
Eddye Gill
