Our condolences to his family and our cousins Will and Frank and their families as well. We love you and will keep you in our prayers. I met Bill Workman at the annual meeting of the SC Economic Development Council in Pinopolis in about 2009. He had a wealth of knowledge about local government. His definitions I remember to this day are: Past Mayor is deceased, Ex- Mayor was defeated, and Former Mayor had retired.
