Dorothy Fesperman Obituary

Dorothy Fesperman

Dorothy Fayne Inman Fesperman passed away peacefully on Friday, April 4, 2025, surrounded by her immediate family. She was born November 28, 1937 in Pilot Mountain, NC. She was the daughter of Grover (Puddin) & Pauline Adams Inman. She is survived by her husband Willie (Bill) and two daughters, Yvonne Jimeson and Elizabeth Fesperman. Also surviving are two granddaughters, Crystal Fesperman and Morgan (Karl) Ristow and great granddaughters, Emma and Amelia Ristow. Also surviving are two sisters, Joan (Frank) Peters and Alice Owens and two brothers, Ronald (Janie) Inman and Jerry Inman and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Sylvia Shelton, her son, Frankie, and brother-in-law, Billy Owens. She was known for her kindness, compassion for others, generosity, support, her big heart and mostly for making people laugh. During her middle and later years, she performed as country legend, Minnie Pearl, at the Elks Lodge, where she was a life member. She also performed at various assisted living facilities, churches and family events. She really knew how to get a crowd laughing and to see people happy. She was truly genuine and will be remembered by all who knew her. We will celebrate her life at Hills Presbyterian Church in Pilot Mountain on May 17 at 2:00 p.m. I'm sure she entered Heaven with a great big HOWDEE! I'M JUST SO GLAD TO BE HERE!
