Asa White Obituary

Asa P. White, 88, a lifelong resident of Attleboro, passed away on October 3, 2025. He was born in Attleboro; son of the late Harold and Ellen (Benson) White.

He worked for many years as a die cutter and engraver at Balfour. Asa walked daily and was an avid mountain climber and hiker. A proud member of the Appalachian Mountain Club, Asa achieved the remarkable feat of climbing 50 mountains before reaching the age of 50.

He leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will remember him fondly.

Asa was predeceased by his three brothers: Alvin A. White, Russell White, and David D. White.

Honoring his wishes all services will be held privately and he will be laid to rest with his parents in Woodlawn Cemetery, Attleboro. For full obituary or to leave an online condolence, please visit www.newdayfunerals.com
