David Soper Obituary
David is survived by his brother James Soper and his wife, Jennifer of Amherst, MA. He is also survived by his longtime girlfriend and soulmate of 22 years, Donna McDavitt, of Attleboro.
David was the beloved son of the late Harold and Barbara (Wilmarth) Soper. The loving father to the late Angela Soper of Attleboro and brother of the late Thomas Soper and his wife Chery.
David was a long-time resident of Attleboro and graduate of Attleboro High School where he still holds the record for most strike outs for Attleboro High School Baseball. He worked at Rust-Oleum for 49+ years and he loved watching sports on tv, car shows, and visiting with friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation from 4-6:30pm on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro. A funeral home service will immediately follow at 6:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to the Alzheimer's Association directly at https://www.alz.org/ or to Attleboro Youth Baseball at https://attleboroyouthbaseball.net/

Very sorry for your loss. I worked with Dave for 6 plus years. I think he worked at Rustolum longer than anyone. 50+ years. Dave was a good friend and a great guy. Was a very funny guy and enjoyed working with him very much.
