With heavy hearts, we announce that Jeremy R. Jordan, 37, of Norfolk, MA, has passed unexpectedly on November 11, 2025.
Born in Providence, RI on May 31, 1988. Jeremy grew up in Norfolk alongside his brothers, James and Jacob, and his sister, Kathryn Annette. Jeremy was one of the triplets, sharing a special bond with his brothers, James and Jacob. The world will always remember Jeremy as a gentle, tenderhearted, free, and easy-going individual. He was always happy to take part in any activity, especially if it meant spending time with his adored niece and nephew, Riley and Oliver. Although Jeremy had a busy social life, his favorite thing to do in life was to spend time with his favored grandmother and best friend, Gramma Margaret.
Jeremy was a very active and beloved member of Lifeworks Employment Services in Norwood, where he participated in their employment services program and took great pride in gaining work experience and developing new skills. Through Lifeworks and The Arc, Jeremy also enjoyed being part of their community by participating in sports and activities such as bowling, kickball, softball, social dances, the explorers club, workshops, and more. Jeremy developed many close friendships with other individuals throughout the years at Lifeworks and The Arc. Jeremy also participated in other sports and activities through the Massachusetts Special Olympics such as football, basketball, soccer, marathons, and truck-pulls.
Outside of these activities, Jeremy was also active in his hometown community. He attended the library multiple times a week, workshops held at the library, the Norfolk Farmers Market, Norfolk community events, and the Norfolk town concerts. He enjoyed nature and animals, getting his fulfillment by going on hikes at National Audubon Society nature sites, going to local farms, and visiting different zoos. When it came to staying at home, Jeremy enjoyed reading his books that he got from the library every week, playing video games with his brother, James, swimming, helping his stepdad with yard work, and doing puzzles.
Jeremy is survived by his stepfather, Roger Martin; his siblings, James Jordan of Norfolk, Jacob Jordan and his wife Erin of Saugus, and Kathryn Annette Moreau of Plainville; his beloved niece Riley and nephew Oliver, his grandmother Margaret Whipple, and many extended close friends and family.
Jeremy was predeceased by his cherished mother, Patricia Martin, in November 2013.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours Tuesday, November 18th, from 5 PM- 7 PM at the R.J. Ross Funeral Home, 135 South Street, Wrentham, MA.
