Paul Gaudet Obituary

Paul "Blue" B. Gaudet, 71, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. A lifelong resident of Attleboro, he was a son of the late Ernest F., Sr. and Mary M. (Tansey) Gaudet.

Paul worked for many years for the City of Attleboro Highway Department until his retirement. In retirement, he worked at Willow Tree Poultry Farm in Attleboro and enjoyed gardening. Paul was a lifelong parishioner of the former St. Mary Parish in Seekonk, now Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Parish on Coyle Drive. Paul was a former member of the Attleboro Lodge of Elks and a current and active member of both the Attleboro Moose Lodge # 463 and the South Attleboro Lions Club.

He will be lovingly remembered by all whose lives he has touched over the past seventy-one years.

Paul leaves his brother, Ernest F. Gaudet, Jr. and his wife, Shelah, of Seekonk; an aunt, Flora Tansey of Rehoboth; two sisters-in-law, Mary Meli and her husband, Paul, of Pawtucket and Eileen F. Coyle of Providence and many cousins. He was the nephew of the late Francis Tansey and Walter and Dorothy Tansey.

The funeral will be held on Monday, September 23rd at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Parish, Coyle Drive, Seekonk. Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery in Attleboro. VISITATION will be held on Sunday, September 22nd from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the funeral home. I've known Paul since we were kids neighborhood, friend. I remember Riding bikes with him and talking on the c. B His handle on the CB was potholes. You're gonna be Missed
