Thomas Fish Obituary

Thomas M. Fish, age 47, of Attleboro, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. He was the beloved husband of Shannon M. (White) Fish, to whom he was wed for nearly twenty-two years.

Born in Attleboro, MA on June 22, 1974, he was a loving son of Michael H. Fish of Taunton and Debra E. (Murray) Dowdall of Attleboro.

Tom grew up in Mansfield and was a 1993 graduate of Mansfield High School. He had made his home in Attleboro for the past twenty years and was employed for many years as an Operations Manager at Demers Brothers Rigging and Machinery Movers in Attleboro.

Tom's family was the focal point of his life and he especially treasured the times spent with his wife and daughters. Along with his family, he was a communicant of Saint Mary's Church in Mansfield and also an avid New England sports fan. Tom loved the outdoors, which included hunting and fishing, family gatherings and holidays and he'll always be remembered as the life of the party.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his devoted and cherished daughters: Ashley Fish and triplets Haley Fish, Brenna Fish and Kilie Fish, all of Attleboro. He was the dear brother of Christina Kennett of Mansfield. He was the special son-in-law of Carol White of Mansfield and the late Leonard White. He was the loving brother-in-law of Sherry Owens and Sean White and his wife Stephanie and the adoring uncle of Colin and Brayden Owens, Gavin and Ainsley White and Brayden Beatrice. He is also survived by his loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, February 3rd from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main Street, Mansfield.

This breaks my heart. They say your cousins are your first best friends and for sure Tommy was my very first best friend. We were as kids and he would always tell me no matter what, he had my back. Such a wonderful human being and such a sad loss for so many who loved him. Much love to you in Heaven, Cuz. We will see you on the other side someday. Love & peace to Shannon, the girls and all of his family
