ORANGEBURG -- Mr. Joe Anthony Frazier, 63, passed away at his residence on Monday, December 4, 2023. A public viewing will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Al Jenkins Funeral Home, 2396 Russell St, Orangeburg, SC 29115. There will be no formal funeral service.
Arrangements are entrusted to Al Jenkins Funeral Home of Orangeburg.
