ORANGEBURG, SC - Thurman D. Shuler, 91, died at his residence following an extended illness on July 18, 2025.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Smith-Hammond-Middleton Memorial Center.

Burial will be at Belleville Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 from 3:00 PM-6:00 PM at Mount Calvary Baptist Church on North Rd. Orangeburg, SC

Friends may call at the residence and Glover's Funeral Home.

Online Condolences may be made at gloversfuneralhome.com.

I loved Captain Shuler!!! Best English teacher I ever had. He was a true treasure. I wish I had know about this in time to come to his service .
