OTTERVILLE — Crystal L. (Farris) Trask, 48, died suddenly at 5:51 a.m., Monday, Jan. 9, 2017 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield. She was the wife of Kyle Trask, mother to Jared Washington and Akilah Trask, daughter to George Farris, and sister to Kevin, Randy, Mark and Roy Farris. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12 at Crawford F.H. where services will be conducted 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 13. Burial: Oak Grove Cemetery, all in Jerseyville.
