DORIS JEAN CRICK
ALTON - Doris Jean Crick, 87, died at 1:24 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Eunice Smith Nursing Home in Alton.
Born Aug. 9, 1926, in Chandlerville, Ill., she was the daughter of Charles L. and Virnnea P. (Woodruff) Dillow.
She attended the First Assembly of God Church in East Alton. Mrs. Crick was a packer for Owens Illinois Glass and had worked part time as a house cleaner through Senior Services Plus.
She married James Clayton Crick on March 21, 1954. He preceded her in death on July 10, 1976.
Surviving is a son, Edwin Crick of Alton.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, at Gent Funeral Home in Alton. Pastor Tim Keller will officiate. Burial will be at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
Memorials may be made to the First Assembly of God Church in East Alton.
