Barbara Allard

Barbara Ann Allard, 80, of Westminster, MD passed away on September 23, 2025 at BridgingLife- Dove House. Born on June 12, 1945 in Acushnet, MA, she was the daughter of the late Norman Earl Rogers and Julia May (Niles) Rogers. Barbara is also preceded in death by son, Andrew Jackson; and siblings, Diane West, Earl Rogers, and Jimmy Rogers. Barbara grew up in Darthmouth, MA and settled for most of her adult life in New Bedford, MA. She and her husband retired to Maryland in 2013. Barbara was particularly interested in genealogy and coin collecting. In her younger days she was an avid horseback rider. She enjoyed flowers of all types, feeding the birds, and especially spoiling her children and grandchildren. Barbara is survived by her husband, David Allard; children, Cheryl Jackson, Angela Cox (Daryl), David Allard (Crystal); grandchildren, Jasmyne Jackson (Shane), Jade Jackson (Kelsy), Juliet Jackson, Emmalea Allard, Lucas Cox, Charlotte Cox, Nicholas Cox, Rachel Allard, Alana Allard, Jessica Rebello, Jared Souza, Jacob Jackson; great-grandchildren, Xavian, Wyatt, Maribel, Damien, Kiersten; and many other extended family members and friends. The family will welcome friends on Monday, September 29, 2025 from 6 to 8pm at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster, MD. The family will also welcome friends and family on Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 5 to 7pm at Seaport Resort, 110 Middle Street, Fairhaven, MA.
