Jamin White Obituary
Alton - Jamin Timothy White, 43, died Friday, August 23, 2024, at Avery Recovery Center in Eolia, MO. Born November 17, 1980, in Lincoln, IL, he was the son of James G. and Starla S. (Schum) White and step-mother Karen White. Jamin was a lineman for MilliportSigma. He was a great musician, son and brother. Loved all animals especially his birds. Was a WWII history buff. Along with his parents he is survived by his fiancé Donna Russell of St. Louis, MO, a brother and sister-in-law, Jareb and Tiphanie White, nephew Jude and niece Elora of Alton. Also surviving are step-brothers Brad, Jerrad, and step-sister Ashley, and his Uncles, Tod and Chad Schum. He was preceded in death by his Uncle Clay Schum. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at Gent Funeral Home in Alton where funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 29, 2024. Pastor Dave Burger will officiate. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Alton. Memorials may be made to 5A's Animal Shelter.
