John was my grandpas neighbor and we got to know him. After my grandpa passed away in Feb 2023 we visited John about 1-2 times per month. He was always so happy to see us and loved to talk about his cardinal hat, he would always hand us his cardinal hat to put on. Even though John wasn´t family we considered him as family. I give my condolences to his family and may John rest in piece.

My dear friend at Garden View Memory Care; I took communion to Jack on Sundays. Sometimes we added the rosary, but mostly we just talked and talked. About family, jobs, cars (Ford), Pere Marquette (best fried chicken ever), Alton, Canon City and musicals performed, grade school, great priests and nuns who helped form Jack into the sweet, gentle and religious man he was. I am sorry for the family's loss. I will miss him greatly. May he rest in peace.
