KYLE SKELTON
ALTON — Kyle Richard James Skelton, 16, passed away on Oct. 20, 2016 at Graham Hospital in Canton, Illinois. He had been residing at Renaissance Care Facility in Canton.
He had been battling several health issues since birth. He put a long hard fight up for many years, and he was our little soldier.
Kyle was born Nov. 14, 1999, to Vickie Duckett-Baldwin and Freddie Skelton Jr., and his godmother, Sherry Price, who was his caregiver since birth.
Kyle is survived by his parents, Vickie Duckett-Baldwin and Sherry Price; stepfather, Greg Baldwin; and father, Freddie Skelton all of Alton; four brothers, Ryan Duckett of Edwardsville, Joshua Skelton, Freddie Skelton III, of Alton and David Gates of Carrolton, IL; a sister, Tina Price of Alton; two sisters-in-law, Lynnsey Duckett of Edwardsville and Laura Gates of Carrolton.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Gordon and Emma Windsor, and Fred and Nellie Skelton Sr.; a brother, Jimmy Price.
Cremation Rites have been accorded and no services have been scheduled at this time.
Inurnment will be at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the funeral home towards funeral expenses.
The family would like to extend a special thank you towards Darts For Kids.
