Steven Bradley Woods Obituary

PADUCAH, Ky. — Steven "Chopper" Bradley Woods, 59, formerly of Jerseyville, passed away Sept. 14 at his Paducah home.

Born March 2, 1955, Woods was a Master Machinist and Welder. He loved to hunt and fish in his spare time.

Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Monday, Sept.22, 2014 at Alexander & Gubser Funeral Home in Jerseyville. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 22, 2014 at Alexander & Gubser Funeral Home in Jerseyville officiated by Rev. Ed Haun before burial at Oak Grove Cemetery in Jerseyville.

Woods was survived by his mother Genevieve (Henson) Woods of Jerseyville; father Norman and his wife Kay Woods of White Hall; brother James Woods of Las Vegas, Nevada; sisters Rachel & Jeff Woods of Bethalto; Theresa & Greg Meyer of Jerseyville; Audrey Jones of Carrollton; and Connie & Michael Springman of Kane.

Close friends and brother and sister in spirit, Tom and Pam Bottoms of Paducah; special nephew, T.J. Bottoms; and several nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of Flowers, Riverbend Humane Society and Animal Shelter.
