VIRGINIA KETTERER
ALTON - Virginia Christina (Jacobs) Ketterer, 86, was promoted to Glory at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014, at her residence. Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, at the Salvation Army at 525 Alby St. in Alton. Online condolences and a guestbook may be found at www.staten-fine.com.
