Billy and I went all through school together from Milton School through graduation from Alton High School in June 1947. With his last name beginning with an "O" and mine with "N", we were forced to sit next to each other at graduation and I remember him being at my 12th birthday party and many other events. I sat with he and his wife at the same table at our last class reunion. God Bless his family. Betty (Nickell) Wagner
