Aaron Waldman Obituary
Born in Pittston, son of the late Harry and Bertha Waldman, he was the owner of Waldman's Women's Wear in Pittston. He graduated from Wyoming Seminary and Ohio Wesleyan University, where he was Phi Beta Kappa. He was a member of the Pittston Rotary Club, Toastmasters International and Temple Israel in Scranton.
Surviving are two daughters, Wendy Barker and husband, Jeffrey, Armonk, N.Y.; and Nancy Chaney and husband, Benson, Chesterfield, Va.; two grandchildren, Sara Robbin and Jordan Barker; and two great-grandchildren, Dylan and Chloe Robbin.
The funeral will be Wednesday from the Carlucci-Golden-DeSantis Funeral Home Inc., 318 E. Drinker St., Dunmore, with a service at 11 a.m. by Cantor Vladimir Aronzon. Interment, Temple Israel Cemetery, Dunmore.
Friends may visit from 10 until the time of service. There is no local shiva.

I knew Aaron all my life in Pittston. My Aunt, Charlotte Wolfe, worked for Waldman's and I shopped there since I was a little girl.
