Frank "Squeaky" Isidori, a lifelong Old Forge resident, died Friday morning at the Allied Services Skilled Nursing Facility, Scranton, at the age of 85. His wife of 62 years, Victoria Kameroski Isidori, preceded him in death on Feb. 21 of this year.
Born and raised in Old Forge, son of the late Amadeo and Caroline DeAngelis Isidori, he was also the stepson of Mary Isidori. He was educated in the Old Forge School District. Squeaky worked as an accomplished welder early on at Acker Drill. Subsequently, he entered the auto retail business, initially with Isidori Motors, and later, S&S Auto Sales, Old Forge. He also performed meticulous body work on vehicles. His lifelong passion centered around automobiles, whether fixing, selling, racing or showing them. He enjoyed participating in stock car racing and displaying his Jaguars at area car shows.
He was a perfectionist in every sense of the word. To know Squeaky was to love him. He had a circle of close friends, who could testify to his benevolent nature. He lived life to the fullest and leaves behind a legacy of lovable memories for generations to come.
The family wishes to acknowledge the entire staff of Allied Skilled Nursing fourth floor for the exceptional way that they cared for him throughout his entire stay.
Surviving are his four children, Christine DiGregorio (husband, Joseph), Marion Osborne (husband, John "Jay"), Victoria Pilosi (husband, Nicholas), all of Old Forge; and Frank Isidori (wife, Melissa), of Moosic; four grandchildren, Nicole Pilosi, Olivia Osborne, Francesca Isidori and Frankie Isidori; and his nieces, whom he adored, Mary Ellen Piccotti (fiancé, Dave Snyder) and Linda Piccotti Giglio (husband, John), all of Old Forge.
He was also preceded in death by his sister, Marion M. Piccotti.
Relatives and friends are invited to a public visitation Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. in Ferri & Gillette Funeral Services LLC, 522 Fallon St., Old Forge. A Roman Catholic blessing service will follow at 7 p.m. by the Rev. August A. Ricciardi. Interment will be private in Old Forge Cemetery.

To "Squeaky's" family.
We are very sorry to hear of Frank "Squeaky" passing. I have a lot of fond memories as a kid going over his place to hang around with him and learn about the cars he was working on. I guess that's why I love the classic cars now. My sister-in-law, Eileen was best friends with Vicky. May they all rest in peace.
