Master Sgt. Frank Narsavage (USAF, retired) of Moscow died Sept. 4, 2022.
Born 1940 in the Junction section of Pittston to Frances and Stanley Narsavage, he joined the United States Navy after graduating from Pittston High School in 1958, and three years later joined the United States Air Force. He met Bonnie Luke in Nebraska and they were wed Aug. 25, 1967.
In 1978, Frank retired as a decorated master sergeant after 20 years of combined service and returned home with Bonnie and their son. He worked for the Tobyhanna Army Depot, USPS and FNCB Bank. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, golf, telling long stories and taking in high school football games.
Preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, an infant and Stanley of Dunmore. Missing him most are his wife, Bonnie of Moscow; and his son, Dan and wife, Kate and grandson, of Nampa, Idaho. Also surviving are sister, Mary Ann and husband, Blair of Wapwallopen; two brothers, Steve of Hughestown, and Peter and wife, Georgia of Macungie; as well as brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. Warm thanks to all who've helped Bonnie and Frank through the past few years.
Private funeral services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing. Arrangements are by the Bernard J. Piontek Funeral Home Inc., 204 Main St., Duryea.
